Why Accountability Is Key

Last summer, I was feeling overwhelmed, low in energy and frankly, I was not excited to move my body much or eat well.  I was working full-time in a sales role during the day and coaching clients in the evenings - and I stopped making myself and my health a priority.  I was not okay with this.  Especially when, as a coach, I knew all the "right" things to be doing. 

 

What I really needed was to make a commitment to myself - to invest in the support that I desperately needed.   

 

Cue ONTRACK.  This program works.  It provides positive support and encouragement, especially on days where your plan for yourself didn't happen quite the way you thought it would.  When you don't have the support of someone whose first priority is being your champion and cheerleader, it can be easy to get in your head and talk yourself out of the goals you've set for yourself.  

Your coach is there to remind you of all of the great progress, choices and movement forward you've made and that you will continue to make.  

To make something a priority you need to be able to talk about it.  Unfortunately, not everyone will understand your new priorities and not everyone will care about them as much as you need them to. I will.

1-2-1 Fitness Accountability Coaching

This program is not a personal training program.  You won't be receiving exercise tutorials, nutrition plans, strict rules or tough love.

What you will be creating alongside your coach is a lifestyle with sustainable habits that supports your health and fitness goals.  This will be completely tailored to you - what foods you enjoy, what style of physical movement you look forward to, how much rest you're getting each night, what self-care activities you engage in, how much water you're drinking on the daily, etc.  This program is created for you, by you.

Frequently Asked Questions

​How much does the program cost?

The first month is $300 - Any additional months spent with the program are $175 per month.

How long will I need to stay on the program?

Clients should expect to spend 1-2 months with the program. I will help you get into a great routine quickly so that you build enough confidence to continue on your own, without coaching as soon as possible. However so many clients love working with an accountability coach, they choose to stay much longer.  

What can I expect from my Coach if I sign up?

As your coach, it will be my job to help you stick to a routine consistently to see results and for it to become a habit.  I will help to keep you in a positive mindset for you to succeed in each day. This will be tailored entirely to you. You will be in regular contact with me throughout the day for support and should there be a blip or a wobble (we are humans after all), I will get you back 'OnTrack' as quickly a possible. 

What kind of contact will I have with my Coach?

The program is conveniently delivered through WhatsApp text message and voice-note, 6 days a week (Mon-Sat).

What kind of food will I be expected to eat?

There is no specific dietary requirement or food plan with this program, however if your goal is fat loss, clients must agree to eat in a calorie deficit. 

What type of movement will I need to do?

Whatever movement brings you joy!  All I ask is that you do some kind of physical activity for at least 30 mins, 6 days a week.  Some days this could be a brisk walk, yoga or a dance party in your kitchen, and other days this could be more intensive activity, like strength training. This is your relationship with your body movement - you get to decide what you do.  

What if I have an injury?

As this program has a substantial movement component, if you currently suffer from any injury or previously have done so, please seek clearance from your doctor before submitting your application.
